The repair of the sinter-plate involved in the dust removal system is an important part of the whole dedusting system transformation. Whether the quality of the sinter-plate is good or not, it is directly related to the key of the operation of the whole filter. We have developed the regenerative technology and the performance testing scheme by mature technology according to the content of metal elements in macromolecule and dust, in order to make the sinter-plate meet the pressure resistance of less than 1000Pa (the filtration wind speed of 1 m/min) and the service life of the six years after clean and repair.
